What is the shipping time?
Standard Express Tracked Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days after customs clearance has been completed, where applicable.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

Where do we ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send your tracking information within 24 to 48 hours. If you place an order on Friday, you may receive your tracking number on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order within 6 hours. We will do everything we can to help you make changes to your order, but we cannot guarantee any changes after 6 hours have passed, as your order may already be in processing for shipment at the fulfillment center.
